I have a Bushmaster lower and I'm looking at a Stag Arms complete upper to complete the rifle. Would there be any problems with these two matching up? I read here about the M4 feed ramp, would this be an issue in this case? Are the Stag uppers any good?

Here is a link to the one I'm looking at:

I would appreciate any help, feedback and advice.

Short answers:  no, no, yes.

Other than the stack of manufacturing tolerances which sometimes results in a loose or tight upper to lower fit (which does not affect the function of the rifle), uppers and lowers are pretty much interchangeable within caliber.  Colt also made "big hole" receivers a while back but unless you seek one of those out, you don't need to worry about that.

The feed ramps are in the upper and the barrel extension (nothing to do with the lower)...so if you're getting an assembled Stag upper it should be good 2 go.

Stag is a reputable OEM.

Would the Accue Wedge solve any fit issue?

accue wedge is a bandaid, not a fix.  it just adds a little resistance to a sloppy fit.  unless you have a lot of play, you don't need or want one.
