I'm rebarrel my AR because of a out of spec chamber. My question is the rifle has around 800 rounds through it, is that enough to need to replace the bolt also?

IMHOP, no, just check headspace.
Can the chamber be fixed or is the barrel CL.

It's CL, none the less it can be fixed but the CL will be compromised. Its a SHTF rifle so i'd rather get a new barrel and use this one for something else.
