What threadlocker is best for BUIS? Loktite Blue, or Red? Or do you not use any?

I use blue. Don't use red on anything unless you are willing to heat it up good before removing.

I prefer purple for stuff that small. Blue is too much.

Easy. Don't use any. Not necessary, just use the correct torque on the screws/nuts.

I just can't get my torque wrench applied to those pesky thumb screws...

use a flat head screw driver adapter.
