Anyone have any experience with these?  I'm replacing a railed gas block with a low profile block and am wondering if there is any advantage with an adjustable block/tube.

Probably only if you have a problem with too much gas getting to the carrier, causing buffer damage.  Otherwise, probably not.

Most people that aren't running a suppressor and causing over pressures in their rifle don't need them...however they can be used to "dial" a gas system in for super smooth shooting rifle..however one more time...they are just something else added to the mix that can fail  or cause issues so if you don't need it don't have it IMHO
