This is what I have so far, and just today I ordered my 14.5" Delton M4 kit with a black Mil-Spec CTR, and a p/w YHM Phantom brake/comp. I had to drop the VTAC sling from my order, because I was literally $10 short to buy it all. I bought 2 20rd mags on the EE instead. If anyone wants to comment on this build that hasn't seen the original thread that's cool. I just wanted to have some place to chronicle what I am doing to show friends. I have a MOE grip that should be here tomorrow? After I pick up a VTAC on the next paycheck, the next things to come are a light and a case. I'm thinking the Voodoo tactical case at Sportsman's guide. Then a Primary Arms M3/M4 style red dot sight. So I guess this is just me trying to do something to keep my excitement in check. |
| My kit just shipped, and I can't wait! I decided to first thing to buy is a Qt. of Mobil 1 on the way to the range to break it in. From there I am thinking a light, and a sling, then the RDS the next order. Anyone have any input? I plan to break it in either with my handloads (mix of 55gr. and 62gr.) or some of the South African surplus I have. Then about 200-300 rounds of mixed Wolf to make sure it will run well on that.
