already planning my 3rd AR, 2nd build. I have a evil striped lower laying here and it is telling me it wants to be a A1 light carbine.
was thinking BCM pencil 16" barrel (new) duck bill FH aftermarket M16A1 upper Armalite LPK Anodize the upper and lower in early gray. maby those shorty triangle handguards and a Armalite folding stock Going cheap as possible with quality parts. used parts mostly. ya it wont be correct but it will be a cool beater gun. |

I feel your pain, I bought 2 stripped lowers year before last AFTER the election (the evil Spikes high dollar sold by SOG armory at $235 apiece) then saved up my pennies nickles dimes and quarters and bought a Spikes 16" CHF Carbine upper, ordered a Stag LPK (which took so long to come in I forgot I ordered it) a RRA lpk and a no nome LPK which had a trigger appaerently finished in concrete.
So I have 2 nice finished lowers (CTR, A2) the Spikes upper, and waiting on Marty at Teppo Jutsu to Finish My .458 Socom. and I want to build an SPR so bad I can taste it Noveske has that nice Matched receiver set, and the Mod 0 18" SPR Pac Nor barrel, Palmetto has the DD/Geissle SSA LPK, BCM mod 4 gunfighter CH, Magpul PRS, Troy TRX Extreme FFHG, Larue LT-104 and a nice scope and Bipod.

I read some were that they were considered by the batf to be sound suppressors. Ill cut the barrel to 11.5" then blind pin and weld. Colt Kaiser Upper (circa 1972) (Just like MY 603 has) |
