I am torn on what to do. My current build was going to be a 7.62x39 build but I just got an un-issued Yugo SKS for a killer price. My plan was to build a deep woods gun capable of taking deer/hogs. Are there any other calibers that will do the trick and wont break the bank. I dont want to do anything fancy with it in fact I want the opposite, a real workhorse. This is what I have so far:
Spikes lower SS parts kit DPMS low-pro upper Carbine length triangle handguards.
