This was my First AR and it was My first build. I have had a ton of fun with it and hope to have some more

Yea the pic of my gun covered in dirt came from me dropping my gun while picking it up (fell about 1-2 ft). It was dirty like that on just the left side but the right side was nearly spotless. I was so mad mad i needed to take that pic to calm me down...i'm clumsy .

Very nice build! I have a similar setup that I just built with the help of Rainier Arms using a Mega matched upper/lower receiver. I need to get an optic now and mounts...
Can you tell me the specs of your optics setup. How do you like the Leupold scope? Is the magnification/reticle sufficient for precision work or is it more of a combat setup? I am also in a quandry about the various lengths of cantilever mounts offerred by LaRue and American Defense. What length is your mount and do you feel that it suits your needs? Would you recommend a shorter/ longer mount? Thanks!!!!!!!! IC |
