My local gun club has a fun silhouette match each month. They limit the case length to 1.400" for any round used. The idea is to limit the amount of damage to the metal targets. Many of the top shooters use a 221 Fireball that is loaded down just a bit in a bolt action. I have an AR-15 lower and would like to build an upper that would compete in these matches. I would like to shoot the 221 Fireball. It seems that everything could be the same as the 223 except the barrel. I would like to get suggestions on a custom 221 barrel maker. I plan on using a RRA flat top receiver a free floating hand guard and a low profile gas block. The farthest we shoot is 100 yards. Any suggestions for barrel maker or gas block? Thank you,
