I have a 16'' Colt upper. I would like to switch out the 16'' barrell with a Sabre 10.5'' barrel. Can I use the same gas tube from the 16'' barrel with the new 10.5'' barrel set up?

Depends. What gas system does the 16" barrel have? If it's a carbine gas system (7" hand guards?) then you can probably use the same tube. If it's a middie, no way will that tube fit.
