I'm looking to finish my second ar and am trying to decide between an m4 or an sbr. If i do the m4 I will be looking for either a 14.5" to 16" with a 1x7 twist that is good quality and fair price and if I do the sbr I would like a 10.5" with 1x7.  I'm also not looking at spending $500 on just a barrel.  Any opinions would be appreciated.

Haven't seen many choices in 1/7 but my next barrel will likely be BCM.

BCM upper and barrel already assembled.

14.5"      http://www.bravocompanyusa.com/BCM-M4-14-5-Upper-Receiver-Group-p/bcm-urg-m4-14.htm

10.5"      http://www.bravocompanyusa.com/AR-15-10-Upper-Receiver-Group-s/31.htm

May be a little expensive but quality can't be beat. Buy once cry once.

I think he just wants a barrel, not a whole upper and there are more than just one brand of barrels out there that are just as good as many of the others. BCM, ADCO, Sabre Defense, YHM, etc...
