Can you swap a LPK from one lower to another, or will it not work out?

This...

I can't imagine a reason to swap from one to another unless the first lower was damaged and unusable for some reason.

If they work in the first gun, the parts should work in the second one just fine.  But I"m with the others: spend a few bucks and buy another LPK for the other lower.

That's how i did it when I got a decent Anvil Arms Lower. Now I have a stripped Superior Arms lower sitting around. My Arfcom lower is getting a new LPK, but i thought of stripping my 2nd SA lower. Nice lowers but the finish is not as nice as a standard lower, what do I expect for $90?

Should be able to, but like the others, I can't imagine why not to just get another LPK and have another fully usable lower.

Heck, I have a spare LPK, buffer tube, endplate, and stock and I'm REALLY tempted to get another lower, buffer, spring, and castle nut just to store them in a useful arrangement. Of course, then I'm going to be tempted as all hell to get another upper because there's no need to have a half completed AR.

BRD. It's a hell of a way to live.
