Daaaamnnnnnn! That is one sexy rifle my friend. I am currently in progress of a build... wish mine would end up looking like that but I for sure don't have that kind of paper lying around .... unless you want to make a charitable donation to my BRD foundation!? Lol seriously nice build though! I've been thinking about going with a VLTOR upper as well... (the upper is all I have left to buy!!!!!!!!!) P.S. is that a 14.5" barrel? |

I'll get some better pics done when the GG&G order gets here. The EOTech will be the same model w/ the "FRONT TOWADS EMEMY" lens covers installed, but I'll be glad to get the ranging MAD BUIS on there and get the 40 LPSP back on the carbine. Then I'll get everything zeroed.
I went out and tested it with a 100 federal bulk pack, and it functioned flawlessly....and is the softest shooting AR I ever tried. Even off-hand, the rounds seemed to hit within a couple inches of the mechanical zero of the scope, maybe even tighter. I'll know more when I get serious about setting a zero. |

Whats the deal with that scope mount? Why did you choose that particular one over anything else? I have never seen it before, but it looks the a first rate mount. Thanks IC American Defense is a fairly new company to me also. I researched who made the Tango down quick release for the VFG and came up with A.D. I would say it is a real robust mount that holds the zero as well as any of my LaRue mounts, and it won't mar your rail. |
