i an collecting the last of the items i want to order from our tax money before the wife takes the debit card. i already have 2 maglevel pmags to add to my 2 ez mags for a total of 4 mags for the ar, 2 15rd mags for my browning, i am thinking of a BCM stripped upper and BCM auto BCG to start off my 1st ground up build. speaking of my first ground up build, what tools should i aquire? is something like this all that i'll need?

i'm thinking i should get some ammo since i'm only sitting on 180rd right now, but i'm also thinking i might do well to invest in a reloading kit. any advice?

ETA: fix freudian slip

If you are planning to install your own barrels, you will need a barrel wrench as noted. You will also need a vise block to hold your receiver. I prefer the hinged type that wraps around the receiver. The GI method is barrel blocks, I believe.
