I bought a used HBAR barrel that was removed from another rifle.  Everything was removed, FSB, flash hider, etc.  I have all the parts except the front handguard cap (need to buy the triangle one of those).  Can I reuse the crush washer that came with it or do I need to get a new one?

You can try.  The crush washer may have enough "crush" left in it to index properly at the correct torque, or it may not.  You lose nothing by trying, though.

Depends if the FH will time properly and to correct torque. You could try it and if the closed portion ( the bottom) ends up on top then get a new washer.
