Do the following parts work together: 16" mid-length barrel, 9" PRI forearm (PRI calls it intermediate length), and a PRI flip-up front sight. I have seen 16" barrels with 12" forearms but no front sight but I haven't seen the 9" forearm used. I looked at BCM and they don't make an upper like this. I personally don't care for rails all the way around but I do want to use the flip up front sight.
