[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Built my first lower!

took me about a 45min that includes getting setup and helping my 5yr old set up a toy.

got a small dent and small scratches around the trigger guard pin, and a small scratch on the bolt catch pin area

real easy, glad i tried it myself and didnt pay for a assemblied one.

anyone have suggestions on what to lube in the lower?>??

CLP will do for lube. get the upper on and go shootin'

Kick ass! It feels good to put one of those things together. I built my first lower back around fall of '08. I've had the other lower in storage but a RRA LPK is on the way now. I'll probably still wait until I have it all ready to go before I begin building - and I do mean all of it.
