I am looking for a 16" chrome lined 1/7 twist barrel with FSB installed and NO M4 ramps. Does any manufacturer make one? If not, is the anyone who cuts M4 ramps in receivers to match the barrel?

Pretty sure ADCO does it for like $15 bucks or something cheap like that. For $15, it wouldn't be a bad upgrade anyway.

You could try using a M4 cut barrel in a non-M4 receiver. It will probably work fine. The reverse- a M4 receiver with a non-M4 barrel might cause problems.

As sleepercaprice1 touched on, you don't need the ramps on the receiver to use it in combo with an M4 ramped barrel extension. I think most of the new 1:7 barrels around now are going to have the larger ramps.

Or you could get hold of a Dremel and grind the bevel yourself. It's very easy, very little metal needs to be removed.

This. Thats what ADCO does, and they'll tell you straight up.

It looks like Adco grinds the barrel, not the receiver.  But yeah, for the barrel, they say "We can modify your rifle extension to match the M4 cuts in an upper receiver. All we do is dremmel it to match - we dont remove it and grind to any specific angle. In short, if you have a Dremmel you can do it yourself."  Also, as others have said, it's OK to have an M4 barrel extension with regular receiver, but not an M4 reciever with regular barrel extension.
