First off thanks to AR15.com , Spikes Tactical, DSG Arms, and BDS Tactical. 
After hours of research the lower came in as.... -Spikes Lower -Danile Defense LPK -Magpul MOE Kit -BDS Tactical Dual Sling Everything went together like they were made for each other. Only have one small mark on the lower near the bolt catch  . Most people would not notice and I will forget about it once I get to the range a few times.
Now for the part I want some input on... On the upper, I know I want a Magpul MBUS, Magpul handguards, and a Eotech. Has anyone ever put a set of night-sights into the MBUS  . Trijicon
With the rifle going into my patrol car, I was told to get Chrome-Lined .
I have been highly considering Armalite M15 LE and the Spikes Tactical M4 Are there any other uppers I should be looking into . I would like to keep the complete upper in the $500.00 price range. I know that the Spikes is over budget but... It's Spikes and it will be a great match to the lower.

I have the upper that you are thinking about and you could not go wrong at all. I love mine!  I ordered it in person from AJ over at Spikes and they are good people. I also got the buffer tube kit from Spikes since it was a good deal and would work well with that upper. The DD LPK is one of the best around. One thing you may think about is sending your trigger to Bill Springfield. From what I read he does good work and wonders with triggers. No need for one of those fancy over priced triggers. He is working on one of mine, cant wait till it comes back. Good choices so far on this build I will keep an eye on it.
