I have a Pri Low Profile Steel Gas Block .750 Dia. and the Rock River full length gas tube that seems very tight. Are they supposed to be tight? Any tricks to assemble them would be appreciated.
I've seen that video but the tube seems really tight.

take some 400 sandpaper and light oil, start sanding with the oil in a light film.Then clean it, lightly lube it and see if it fits...keep doing this until you get a light but snug fit.
