Started out with a DPMS lo pro classic kept the lower and installed a spikes tactical tungsten buffer. Then ordered a AWB compliant 14.5 M4 upper with the izzy compensator from PK firearms. The charging handle is a BCMgunfighter MOD4. The optic is a PA M4 style and the quadrail is a PA drop in (a little on the heavy side) with a CAA forgrip. I have an eotech and larue flipup rear on order.

The budget was 800. I already had the lower and optic. So with everything I ordered specific for this build with shipping came to just under 700.
