Cav Arms Mk II lower
LPK of your choice (I prefer a White Oak LPK w/o trigger and hammer and a Geissele trigger)
Bushmaster Superlight or Colt Lightweight Barrel (CMMG's not making lightweight barrel's any more)
Shaved front sight base or low-profile gas block
Les Baer "Ultimate" flat-top upper w/o forward assist or 9mm upper drilled for a gas tube.
JP Low Mass bolt carrier group
Standard gas tube and buffer (you might consider an adjustable gas tube or gas block with the low mass BCG)
Clark Custom Guns carbon fiber free float tube cut to carbine length (4 oz. including barrel nut)
Aimpoint T1, no BUISs

Without getting exotic, I think it would be hard to get a lot lighter than that.
