16 inch barrel with mid-length gas, adjustable stock. Which buffer should be used?

I ALWAYS appreciate the help I get from this site!

Spike's Tactical - T2 Tungsten Powder Buffer?

Order before July 31st and it's 30$ during the ARFCOM Group Buy going on @ Spike's website.

It's just a little heavier than an H2 buffer and it is powder filled to severely reduce the "clack" you hear from other non-solid buffers.

mine was slightly lighter than an h2, its a sweet looking buffer and is noticeably quieter/smoother when i shake them
