[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Bolt catch issues

Has anyone ever had a problem with their bolt hold open after putting a lower together? It moves easily but will not reliably lock back on an open magazine. Before I disassemble it to inspect it closer is there anything else I should try? Maybe it will break in?

Nevermind...it seems to be ok now. I just pushed it against the sides and moved it around. Maybe I dislodged a bur or something.

It was probably just a small burr.

Apply a light film of CLP to the sides of the catch, and a drop or two down into the spring and plunger and roll pin.
