What things to get to give hte ar15 mroe ambidex control?

Norgon ambi latch,
tacttical bolt catch
battery assist devised> anything else out there that would help a left shooter.

I'm a lefty. The only thing I really felt compelled to change is the ambi safety switches I installed on all three of my carbines.

However, you may want to check Stag's Website for lefty uppers.

Just got my rifle but being a lefty i find if you feel comfortable with keeping your thumb on the same side of your trigger finger an ambi safety is not needed. The main thing I would change for me would be putting an ambi magazine  catch.
