| Just got the YHM custimizable freefloat tube rifle. Any tricks to putting it on. Is there any way I can avoid buying the spanner wrench? Will a strap wrench work? Or, is there some homemade method. |

I used the mil spec armors wrench and fit 2 of the 3 prongs in the barrel nut. It took two people one to hold the assembly and the other to turn the wrench but it worked. If I were to do it again I would just by the YHM wrench, it will save you time and effort. Don't waste your time with a strap wrench you just can't get the torque necessary. |
