+1 Yes, it looks like a Colt marking to me.

I have a similar but not the same marking, C M = Colt/ Martin Marietta on my USGI M16A2 upper.

Thanks guys, it also has a number 4 on the front above the gas tube hole.

I'm pretty sure that means it has M-4 ramps...someone will be able to tell you for sure.

The number 4 or M4 marking above the gas tube cloverleaf hole of the upper means it's also a M4 carbine with M4 extended feedramps.
