If the front face of your buffer doesn't have any markings on it, it should be a standard carbine buffer and weights around 3 oz.
H buffers are marked with a letter "H" and weights about 3.7 oz. H2 buffers are marked with "H2" and weights 4.6 oz. H3 are marked with it and weights 5.25 oz. ETA: Are you asking about the buffer tube or the carbine buffer? |
