| Im having trouble for some reason installing the safety selector. Can someone point me to a picture guide that shows more detail on how to install it. It moves from safe to fire when i first install it, but when i add the detent and spring it just locks in fire and cant be changed to safe. The detent looks like both sides are pointed (I thought one side was suppose to be flat). Could i have accidently installed the safety selector detent in the front take down pin one? Please point me in the right direction |

The safety detent won't fit in the pivot pin hole, it's too big in diameter. If you didn't already, make sure the hammer is cocked then try to move the safety.
If you already installed the pivot and take down detents and the safety detent is rounded on both ends, it could be possible you got three of the same detents in the LPK. |

Did all three look the same? Here are two links to help you compare.

This, you are making sure the hammer is cocked right? The safety won't move out of fire if it's not. |
