I have a Bushmaster upper that is not threaded for a flash hider. What do I need to do to have one installed?

Thanks

It's a simple matter for a gunsmith to thread the end of the barrel for a flash hider.

If there is no local gunsmiths in your area, send it to ADCO.  They are a sponsor here and do excellent work at a reasonable cost.

Stick with adco...my "local" gunsmith thought I was a moron, and attempted to charge me $150 to cut and thread a barrel as if it were some minor surgical procedure......oh and that was with a month of wait time...them being soooo busy and all.
