Hey I'm putting together my first ar-15, well I'm buying the parts for the lower and letting a qualified gun smith put it all together.  I had a couple of questions though

1. Do I have all the stuff I need for a compete lower.

1. POF Stripped lower (http://www.pof-usa.com/lower/P415-GENIII-STRIPPED-LOWER.htm)
2. AR15/10 SINGLE STAGE, DROP-IN, COMPETITION, TRIGGER GROUP. (http://www.pof-usa.com/parts/timney661.htm)
3. Houge Pistol grip (http://www.parts4ar15.com/ar-15_accessories/product/Hogue15000.html)
4. BCM Retractile stock (http://www.bravocompanyusa.com/M4-Stock-Milspec-p/stock%20m4%20milspec%20black%20-%20gen2.htm)

2. I was going to put a 11.5 in upper on this lower.  If I go through all of the proper NFA paperwork to get my 11.5 inch upper do I have to redo my paperwork once I attach the upper to the lower and pay another $200 tax?

Thanks in advance for any help.  Also what's your take on different types of stocks I was looking at these two also

1. A magpul CTR stock (http://www.bravocompanyusa.com/Magpul-CTR-Stock-Black-p/magpul%20ctr-m%20stock%20black.htm)
2. A Vltor Carbine EMOD (http://www.bravocompanyusa.com/Vltor-Carbine-Enhanced-Modstock-Kit-p/vltor%20aebk-mb%20emod-m%20kit%20black.htm)

You need a lpk to complete the process. The SBR tax stamp is a one time tax per receiver that the short barrel will be attached to. Stocks are one of the most user specific items a shooter can add to his gun so I can't comment on which stock would be the best match for you.
