Do they sell 5 position milspec AR15 buffer tubes?

They do. I just received a Vltor 5-pos from them last week. I think they also carry other brands as well. You'll find them in the "small parts" section under the "Rifle" tab.

How up to date is their inventory?

I've never had something showing "in stock" not be. They're pretty good with it.

Saw that. is it just the tube or does it include the castle nut and end plate too?

Just the tube with the Vltor......I think they have complete assemblies too although they're not Vltor and they're not in stock.
