Finally put this together:
Essential Arms Lower Receiver RRA LPK w/ NM Trigger RRA 16" Varmint Upper (took 4 weeks, ordered 12.18.08) http://www.tonydimaggio.com/pics/IMG_0844.jpg The scope is just a leftover I had on at .22 along with the bipod. Eventually adding tactical handle with A2 sight and a YHM front fixed gas block sight...work that for a while and get a better scope. Put 60 rounds thru it today for the first time and LOVED IT. Only thing I really noticed is that you can really feel the buffer spring thru the tube and stock. There is the littlest bit of play on the buttstock to the receiver...is that normal? Any suggestions to reduce it? It's a regular Bushmaster A2 stock I picked up on EBay. Many thanks to AR15.com and all the helpful advice I got!!! |

I replied, but it does not look like it worked?????
You can take that wobble out by tightening the upper screw some more on the stock. It may seem tight as hell, but it still has some more to go. Use the right size screwdriver, good pressure so it will not slip out..........and use your man hand. |
