I am looking for a cad drawing of a mil-spec barrel nut, but I at least need the outer diameter on the internally threaded section.

you might have better luck locating an upper CAD drawing and using the threads off that model to get the inner dimensions of the barrel nut..

Ok, so I am not the best at explaining what I was looking for. Not the internal diameter, the external diameter. I was trying to differentiate between the threaded part and the scalloped flange. I don't want the flange dimensions.
Sorry for the confusion.

The OD is 1.367-0.007" according to the M16 prints.
