Don't think that's what the man was asking. 
On the A2 rifle, elevation adjustment is one minute per click, and windage is 1/2 minute. On the A4, and M4s, which have the removable sight unit, elevation and windage are both 1/2 minute. These figures are for "as issued" units. Match type sight units are availaable with finer adjustments. The info referred to in the first response is, however, very useful in setting up the adjustments. I set up my own 1/2 minute elevation sights so that the they're sighted for 200 yards with the adj scale 4 clicks past the 3/6 mark. That keeps them right on at the longer ranges shown on the scale.
