I am trying to assemble my barrel and Im putting in a low pro. gas block.  My question is how to properly put on the gas block to where the gas tube hole correctly aligns with the hole on the barrel.  The jig from Rainier would be great but they are out of stock.  And there are also no dimples for the set screws on the bottom of the barrel so its pretty much just a guess when I slide it on.  Anybody have any tricks to install this without a jig?

I've read here of people using a bent paper clip thru the hole for the gas tube.
I've done it by just measuring and marking the bbl where the gas block should end up and came out OK.
