I'm limited to a 30 day search, so....
I'm a Left Hand shooter. I have built a RETRO rifle. I have ground down the ejector pin so it just touches the outer edge of the primer. This imparts less spin of the fired cases. The rifle now ejects to the three o'clock. Every now and then a case will strike me in the in the face.
Should I cut a loop or two off of the ejectors spring to reduce the force of the ejection?
Thank you.

Alas, I too am a Retro Lefty. I shoot old school AR's left Handed as well. Enjoy the taste of brass. Or use the G.I. clip on brass deflector from Sarco. The Brunton Bump is the most useful mod they ever came out with !! I would quit messin with the ejection if I were you. Otto.
