So, I have a commercial Magpul CTR and 6-position commercial buffer tube. The problem is, even though the tube slides nice and tight into the stock, it won't creep past the adjustment button when depressed.
Any ideas?

The lever isn't enough. You have to get a tool (I use a castle nut wrench.) and pry the adjustment pin with that. It'll go right on when you do.

exactly as said above me, pull the lever out all the way, past where it goes if you just press on it.
