I will be reloading my own ammo and also am seeking best accuracy in .223. Does it make sense then to have a barrel chambered in .223 and avoid the Wylde? I will be shooting at 100 - 200 yards and probably using moderate weight bullets.

If your reloading, you can taylor your ammo to fit your chamber. Use whatever chamber you want, but most probably prefer the 5.56 or Wylde for more versatility over the .223 Remington.

Accuracy wise, go for 223 chambering, as the lands are closer and can be reached if your bullet of choice likes touching them. Wylde lets you shoot 5.56, but since you will be handloading everything, you're probably better off with a 223 chamber.
