I put the rail on, followed the directions and all but the thing isn't level.  The front is higher than it should be.  It's on an RRA 9mm upper with a TROS barrel.  I had a YHM rail on it for a while and it was fine.  What might I be doing wrong?

OK try this get a good forged carry handle put the top rail on the barrel nut tap to seat with a plastic or rubber mallet place the carry handke half on the rail half on the upper and really tourqe it down. Then place the bottom half of teh rail system support around the barrel nut and snug those allen heads up in a rotating pattern. I always have great alignment with this method.

I don't have a carry handle but I did try using a YHM bipod adaptor.  It's only a couple inches long but same idea.  It is still crooked.  When I lay it upside down on a flat surface only the ends touch.  There is maybe millimeter or two gap in the middle.  It's enough that I can't sight in irons.  As soon as the screws start getting snug, it starts to pull the rail upward.  Ugh!!!

Edit:  One more thought, since it's a 9mm there is no gas tube.  Does the rail actually touch the gas tube?  It seems like if there was something holding up the rear of the rail it might stay level.  I'm going to ask in the pistol caliber forum.
