Hey guys,
Trying to put together an AR build but im having a hard time because i dont really know what fair prices are on particular items... So whats a fair price for say... a stripped RRA upper and lower |
|
go to rock rivers page,
any thing cheaper then retail would be a great deal. but if your going to order it over the web, don't forget to check what the ffl dealer is going to charge you. that's why i always buy my lowers from the local shops. it usally cost the same in the end. |
| Shouldn't really ask or talk pricing on the forums except after the fact. Ya got some good advice already. I use the local gunshows for lowers then buy everything else off the WEB. With post election panic figure to spend $700 and up for a basic rifle kit complete. Looks like the $500 price of build it yourself complete new AR rifle kits are a thing of the past. At least by doing it yourself you can spend when ya want and put the right accessories on it the first time. When I say complete I mean lower included and shooting. Not many deals out there now so figure retail or just a little less. Too many goobers with plenty of coin right now jumping on the AR band wagon. Ya could wait till they are broke and jobless and then buy their stuff real cheap. It's coming! |

It's hard to buy some of the parts and then just sit there and look at them for 3 months while you slowly save and buy piece by piece. As for good prices, compare websites for their different prices. Always try to price shop on the internet. Try looking at the dealers here on ARFCOM. One of them usually seems to have the best price or a price pretty darn close to the best you'll find anywhere else. As for RRA stuff specifically, you can try adcofirearms. They sell a lot of RRA parts, but with the rush on stuff lately they might not have the stuff in right now. They seem to have good prices on RRA parts but I'm not looking for RRA parts so you might get better prices elsewhere. |
