I'm assuming it's legal to thread the muzzle of a post-ban barrel for a flash hider at this point in time (I'm in WA state). I have a Bushy upper I bought in 2000 during the previous AWB. It is the 20" target model and has no threading for a FH. Can anyone in the Puget Sound region recommend a shop to do the work for me. I figure I might as well do this while I can. Thanks in advance.
