Just finished my second AR build, but didn't have this issue with the first one. The rear takedown pin is extremely difficult to get to slide through the hole on the upper, going both ways. I can generally get it in, but to push it out to remove the upper I have to get a tool to push it through, it doesn't slide easily. Tips?

Lube it. Over time it will loosen up.

I had the same problem with a factory fresh RRA Entry Tactical.  Eventually the pin was a bit easier to push out/in after a few uses.

Punch it in and out 10 or 15 times, if that doesnt work check for build up left from the finishing process in the hole if that doesnt work  polish it on a wire wheel and use alittle lube.
