[ARCHIVED THREAD] - M4 carbine buffer and spring. Questions. Help!

I need a carbine buffer and spring for a Magpul UBR stock. Are there buffers and springs that are higher quality and more preferred or are they all pretty much the same? Also what is the difference between H, H2 and H3 buffers for carbines?
