I've posted before about building an upper. I think I want to do it just for the experience and I am also planning on building more in the future. I've looked for a list of parts needed to build one, but I'm at a loss. Here is what I know I need, but what am I missing? Will the barrel nuts and such come with the barrel or will I need to purchase all of that seperately? Barrel-14.5" 1:7 (preferred) chromed lined with some sort of flash hider (haven't decided what I want yet) Charging Handle Bolt Carrier Assembly Upper Assembly M4 Flat Top Gas tube 4 sided rail I plan on using this for hunting (maybe), target (would like it to be fairly accurate out to 200 yards, and for home defense (lastly). Am I asking to much? I don't think I am from what I have read here on the Forums |

barrel nuts come with most barrels. you will need a action block and armorers wrench if you don't already have them in order to assemble the upper/barrerl combo. so far it looks like you got it covered, oh... don't forget the gas tube roll pin, delta ring and weld spring which you will need to put on at the same time as the barrel |
