I've been lurking and learning for a while, and I'm getting ready to buy my complete upper. I already have a DPMS stripped lower and I'm looking at a Stag 2H upper kit.
Before I go dropping a significant portion of my paycheck on this kit, I wanted to consult with the pro's here and make sure it will all match up. otherwise I'll end up having to drop another  hundred bucks on another lower. Then I'll have to get another upper.....vicious cycle that my bank account isn't ready for yet. Thanks for the help.

Any AR-15 lower should be compatible with any AR-15 upper, but it's possible to get a lower and upper from the same manufacturer that are too tight to fit without fitting or very loose.

+1

I just fit each upper, to each lower, to find the best fit.

I think that is what they must do at the factory, to obtain a tight fit.

I may be wrong.
