I can't seem to pull up any links that show how to stake the BCG
Anybody help want to help out a fellow AR brother

Don't bother staking.  If you torque the screws properly the key will not come loose.

That Definitly Not Always the case. Ive seen properly torqued screws with loctite on them still come loose.

And that is why a proper steak job is very important. If you your gas key is not steaked it WILL eventually come loose. It my take 25k rounds, but it will happen.

You couldn't be any more wrong if you tried. What are you going to tell us next, if your gas rings are aligned the rifle won't cycle?

If you expect your AR to be reliable, then make sure the carrier key is properly staked. If it's not, then send it back to the factory or send it to a smith or do it yourself, just make sure it gets done.
