So i have never built a gun before. I am pretty sure i can handle doing it as i wrench on cars and bikes. So i need to decide between a 3 1/2lb dual stage trigger or 3lb single stage. Help?!?!?!

You need to get yourself some roll pin punches and the print out a section on this very website that shows exactly what is what and what to install first.Aside from that you'll also need a hammer and some tape and a small wood block with an opening so when you drive the pins for the trigger guard you won't break off one of the ears.Try to work within a confine box so when some spring goes flying you won't lose it.

Well, you've got two choices there, and you've got two lowers.
