Have a couple of hundred rounds through my Del Ton M4gery and EA lower and noticed that after a hundred rounds or some bump firing the trigger pin will walk out and bind the trigger? Popping the rear takedown pin out, pressing the trigger assembly down and pushing the pin back fixes it but it is kind of annoying. Out of spec receiver mabye?

Maybe, try some KNS non-rotation pins Here

Is your Hammer Spring on top of your Trigger Pin on the outside of the Trigger Spring?

Thanks for the replies, I will mic the pin first to see if it's under spec and then I'll try the KNS pins.

Scott, the hammer spring "ears" do lay on top of the pin and outside the trigger spring.

It is possible that you have the hammer spring on backwards, and the rifle to still function.  I assembled my first one that way, and while the leg of the spring sits in the groove of the trigger pin, it just doesn't put enough tension on the pin to keep it in place.  I put mine on the right way, and then the trigger pin didn't move.  You may want to double check that its on there right, before spending $30 (the KNS pins do look cool though)

I had the same problem.  I cut the hammer spring down on one side to help with the pull and the notch in the trigger pin was on the same side as the hammer spring cut.  Therefor, it wouldn't hold the trigger pin in place.

I just did exactly the same thing. I was stoning the sear and generally making things work better and thought I had done an incredible trigger job. 4 1/4 pounds. Then I realized the hammer spring was on backwards. Doh! Back to about 5 1/2 pounds now, but at least it's smooth.

Hah!! Now I feel like a dumbass. Switched the hammer spring around and that pin is definitely not going anywhere now. Trigger pull did go to shit (comparativley) though :( Feels different shooting too.
