I see a lot of short barrel rifles on the site....how do you go about building one and being legal.  What is the procedure?  I am interested in building something like that.

I have read a little on this class three tax stamp thing.  Am I heading in the right direction?

Thank you for the help and dealing with my ignorance on this subject.
